Amuse Bouche: Spicy Smoky Cheddar Cashew Cheese on a baguette

Soup: Not your grandmas chicken noodle soup with Matzo balls

Salad: Pomegranates, Mozzerella, Candied pecans, shiitake bacon, red beets, greens and Bleu Cheese dressing

Appetizer: Sweet and golden potato Latkes served with fresh applesauce and house made sour cream

Choice of Entrees:

- Hand-rolled Lasagna: Brown rice spinach noodle, tofu ricotta, butternut squash an d kale, atop a red beet habanero cashew cream

- Lions Man Brisket: Lions Mane Brisket steak with potatoes, carrots served with lemon, garlic green beans and jasmine rice.

- Pistachios encrusted creamy cauliflower steak: pistachios encrusted creamy cauliflower steak served with sweet potato mashers, grilled asparagus topped with a hollandaise sauce
