Legume course– French lentil and chard stew with a sunny sided tofu egg

Grain course– Griddled polenta with a black-eyed pea sausage and mushroom ragu

Cheese course – Lemon peppercorn cashew chèvre, house-made baguette & dried fruit

Dessert – Double chocolate chip cookies, marshmallow fluff & a salted caramel sauce
